Electroplating

In the electroplating shop of the company more than 30 types of chemical and electrochemical coatings are applied to parts made of steel, aluminum and copper and their alloys. Electroplating processes are carried out on both automatic and stationary lines. Maximum sizes of processed parts on stationary lines: 500 х 500 х 500 mm.

Автоматическая гальваническая линия фирмы «Ludy»

Automatic galvanic line produced by "Ludy" company performs coating of steel and copper parts with nickel (matt, shiny), copper, zinc (colorless, rainbow chromating), and tin-zinc. The maximum dimensions of processed details on stationary lines: 750 х 550 х 500 mm. The peculiarity of the line is that the technological processes take place in a fully automatic mode, the operator puts the coverage code and the area of the part into the program. The advantage of the line consists also in automatic introduction of correcting solutions through dispensers, which eliminates the "human factor". To obtain high quality and highly stable coatings that can be used in various climatic conditions, imported additives are used. Productivity of the line is 6000 m2 per year at one-shift operation. The rate of output of hangers with parts is 20 minutes.

Автоматическая гальваническая линия фирмы «M.K.V.»

Automatic galvanic line of "M.K.V." company covers parts made of aluminum and its casting and wrought alloys with anodic oxidation with coloring and two-layer coating of nickel, tin-bismuth. The maximum dimensions of processed details on stationary lines: 1000 х 550 х 500 mm. Solutions produced by "Entoni" are used in the line as they allow to process parts with threaded holes and precise dimensions for a longer time without etching. The peculiarity of the line is that the technological processes take place in a fully automatic mode, the operator puts in the program only the coating code and the area of the part. The capacity of this line is 10 000 m2 per year at one-shift operation. The rate of output of hangers with parts is 21 minutes.

Automatic chemical nickel plating line "PPT" covers parts made of steel, aluminum, copper and their alloys. Maximum dimensions of parts are 450 x 350 x 200 mm. Advanced technologies and highly effective solutions produced by “Schlotter” allow the uniform electroless nickel plating of complex parts. Automated dosing of correction agents and computerized control of the program minimizes the "human factor" and eliminates violation of the technological process requirements. Productivity of the line is 12 000 m2 per year at one-shift operation.

The use of modern automatic lines LUDY, MKV and PPT allows to provide with high quality of performed works on electroplating in the shortest possible time. Term of manufacturing of the order is up to 3 days.

In 2018, a new automatic chrome plating line was introduced. Its introduction has expanded the possibilities for the application of shiny chromium and hard chromium.

In the electroplating shop, it is possible to apply isolation from the coating of devices (Plastigerm).
