Filtres

Our services include manufacture of interference single filters; filter banks made in various design versions (plates, cases, cable boxes, etc.); interference-suppression connectors based on the various types of plugs: RRS, SNC, ONC, RNDT, RGS, OV, and others.

Transformers

Three types of transformers are available:

  • built-in transformers to be installed in power transformers powered from AC mains with frequency of 50-60 Hz;
  • signal transformers with a primary winding is not electrically connected with the secondary windings, which provides galvanic isolation of circuits;
  • power transformers to be used for direct voltage conversion and deceleration.

Winding methods:

  • ordinary frame winding,
  • frameless winding,
  • full-pitch winding,
  • sectional winding.

Inductance coils

The inductance coils with different types of cores are available:

  • toroidal core (ring winding);
  • dumbbell-shaped core;
  • bowl-shaped core.

They are used for hindrance suppression, pulsations smoothing, and alternating current restriction. The cores are made of ferrite.

Envelopment, filling and impregnation of wrapping products with varnish and compounds, as well as coating with paintwork materials, are also available.

Interference filters

Interference filters are designed to work as built-in internal elements of radio-electronic equipment. Filters are installed in electric circuits of direct-current, alternating, pulsating, impulse current for suppression of high-frequency interferences in the range between 0.3 and 1000 MHz. Filters are manufactured according to the climatic category of temperate and cold climate under the state standard GOST 15150. The quality category is "VP" (“military acceptance”) according to the GOST RV 20.39.411. Filters are designed in four versions, on C- and Pi-models of electric circuits.

Interference suppression connectors

Interference suppression connectors are intended for work as built-in internal elements of radio-electronic equipment. Connectors are based on various types of plugs: SNC127, RRS5, 2RMG, RSGE, RSE. Connectors are made with interference filters and case contacts. Connector filters and contacts can be placed in different ways. Connectors are delivered on an order sheet.
